Why Convert JFIF to JPG
JFIF (JPEG File Interchange Format) isn't really a separate image format at all — it's the original, official file format specification for storing JPEG-compressed image data, and the bytes inside a .jfif file are structured almost identically to a .jpg file. The extension shows up most often when a browser saves an image from the web, or when an old camera, scanner, or messaging app labels its JPEG output as .jfif instead of .jpg.
